Weekly Overview – Animals
For Infant, Toddler, Preschool/Pre-K, School-Age Families
As children learn about animals, they develop a conservation mindset and discover the beauty and wonder of the earth. This week’s activities build several important skills, such as self-regulation, early literacy, mathematical thinking, and creativity. We’ll make puppy treats for a local animal shelter, read Bill Martin Jr.’s classic story “Brown Bear, Brown Bear,” make an alphabet book, and much more. Join the fun as we explore animals.
