Chicken Tacos

Ideal for School-Age

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 6 Flour Tortilla Shells
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Mixed Cheeses (optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Onion (optional)
  • Sour Cream (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)


  1. Follow the video below
  2. Wash your hands!
  3. Dice up chicken breasts into 1/2 - 1-inch cubes. Cut off any excess fatty pieces
  4. Season chicken in a medium-sized bowl with salt, garlic powder, pepper
  5. Wash your hands after touching the raw chicken!
  6. Before cooking the chicken, prepare toppings (e.g. lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, guacamole, salsa
  7. On medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of olive oil into a skillet and put the chicken in. You should hear a sizzle.
  8. Once the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165˚ F, remove and combine with topping on your tortilla.
  9. Enjoy your yummy meal!
